Stationery Experience
I’m Laura Buhl, founder of Impact Stationery.
I started with my own stationery brand and went on to sell $4 million worth of guided journals, planners and paper products. Along the way, I learned what it actually takes to develop, manufacture and bring these products to market.
I learned about paper, printing and binding. I worked through failed samples, expensive mistakes and manufacturers who couldn’t deliver what they promised. As our orders grew into the tens of thousands, I also learned how much changes when you have purchasing power and strong manufacturing relationships.
That experience became the foundation for Impact Stationery.
Today, we use what we’ve learned to help other brands develop better products, manufacture with greater support and leverage, and create opportunities that would be much harder to access alone.

No. Many of our most successful creators started without a list or following. Our approach helps you validate your idea using real demand—then launch on platforms like Amazon or in your own community.
- What if I don’t have a framework yet—just an idea?
That’s exactly what we’re here for. We help you clarify your message and turn your idea into a structured, purposeful product—even if you’ve never written a page before..
- Is this only for coaches?
Not at all. Impact Stationery is for anyone who wants to turn what they know—or what they love—into a meaningful product. Whether you're a coach, content creator, educator, or just someone with a passion and a message, you’re in the right place.
- What’s the difference between the Creators Membership and the Collective?
Creators is for building your first (or next) product with coaching and content support. The Collective is for creators ready to manufacture—with access to vetted manufacturers, bulk pricing, and logistics guidance. Many members start in Creators and move into ESC when they’re ready to scale.
- How long does it take to create and launch a product?
It depends on your timeline and capacity, but most members go from idea to validated, content-complete product in 6–12 weeks inside Creators. Once you're ready to manufacture, we support you through the next stage at your pace.
- Can I start with just one product?
Yes. You don’t need a full product line. Many of our members begin with a single journal, planner, or notepad and grow from there.
- I’ve already created a journal or have an existing stationery brand—can I still work with you?
Yes. We work with many existing brands—especially inside the Elite Sourcing Collective—who want to improve margins, access top-tier manufacturers, or scale their line without adding team or complexity.
